Your booking deposit is fully refundable if you provide 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule, however without 48 hours notice your booking deposit is non refundable. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via email or phone.

 

Your booking deposit is also redeemable against the price of any dress you purchase with us at the appointment
